Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription payment.
Refunds requested within this 14-day period will be processed in full.
Outside the Refund Window
Refund requests made after 14 days from the initial payment are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds do not apply to:

Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be taken after cancellation.
