W3 Applications is pleased to announce a collaboration with MaxOptra and JMP Sales to deliver a bespoke integration portal connecting MaxOptra with JMP Sales’ back-office systems, including accounting, invoicing and delivery management.

The project involved the design and development of a custom portal that provides a secure middleware layer between MaxOptra and JMP Sales’ internal systems, enabling automated data synchronisation and reducing the need for manual data entry across multiple platforms.

The portal supports the seamless exchange of operational and financial data, helping to improve accuracy, streamline workflows and provide better visibility across order processing, fulfilment and invoicing.

Key capabilities of the bespoke portal include:

• Synchronisation of customers, orders and delivery data

• Automated transfer of invoicing information

• Configurable mappings and business rules

• Error handling, logging and monitoring

• Secure, API-driven integration

This project represents the first bespoke portal of its kind developed by W3 Applications as part of its growing logistics integration offering, and helped inform the foundations of what has since become the W3Connect integration platform.

The collaboration demonstrates how W3 Applications works closely with clients and technology partners to translate real-world operational requirements into practical, reliable digital solutions.
