W3 Applications Launches W3Connect Integration Platform
W3 Applications has announced the launch of W3Connect, a new managed integration platform designed to connect MaxOptra with a wide range of third-party systems and APIs.
Built on the back of numerous real-world MaxOptra integration projects, W3Connect provides logistics and operations teams with a reliable, scalable way to automate data exchange between MaxOptra and other business systems without the cost and complexity of bespoke, one-off development.
W3Connect acts as a secure middleware layer, handling data synchronisation, scheduling, automation, error handling, and logging. The platform uses a modular, plug-in based architecture, allowing integrations to be enabled as required while keeping deployments clean, flexible, and future-proof.
Typical use cases include synchronising orders, jobs, and consignments into MaxOptra, pushing route plans and delivery statuses back to finance or ERP systems, and automating the exchange of customer, product, and site data.
The platform is delivered as a fully managed service, including hosting, monitoring, backups, and ongoing platform maintenance. Subscription pricing includes support and updates, with the first payment due only after successful integration and testing.
Phil Hitchman, Partner at W3 Applications, said:
“W3Connect is the result of years of building and supporting MaxOptra integrations for logistics businesses. We wanted to take what we’ve learned and turn it into a robust, packaged platform that removes unnecessary complexity while remaining flexible enough to handle real-world requirements.”
W3Connect supports integrations with systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Zoho, and other third-party or custom APIs. Additional plugins can be developed where requirements extend beyond the standard modules.
W3Connect is available immediately.
