The new system connects MaxOptra with 360 Event Hire’s rental management software, Current RMS, and accounting platform QuickBooks, creating a seamless flow of data across operations, bookings, logistics and finance.

Designed to remove manual processes and improve visibility, the platform provides dedicated login areas for both staff and customers, alongside secure authentication and role-based access.

Key elements of the solution include:

• API integration between MaxOptra and Current RMS

• Automated booking workflows driven by Current RMS

The integration between MaxOptra and Current RMS enables delivery and collection schedules to be automatically aligned with rental bookings, ensuring accurate planning, fewer errors and improved customer service.
