W3 Applications Delivers Client Portal and MaxOptra Integration for Abby Group Logistics
W3 Applications is pleased to announce the delivery of a bespoke client portal for Abby Group Logistics, providing a secure, web-based dashboard that connects directly with MaxOptra and gives customers full visibility of their deliveries.
The portal has been designed to offer Abby Group Logistics’ clients individual, secure access to accurate, up-to-date delivery information, including ETAs, proof of delivery and real-time status updates.
Acting as a middleware layer between Abby Group Logistics’ operations and MaxOptra, the system enables real-time and two-way synchronisation of delivery data, ensuring information is consistent across platforms.
Key features of the portal include:

Individual client logins with role-based access

Full track & trace with live delivery status and ETAs

Access to ePOD information via the portal

Capture and storage of delivery images (retained for a minimum of six months)

Support for multi-day deliveries, allowing orders received on day zero to be viewed and tracked through to delivery on subsequent days

Drop merging, enabling multiple orders for the same address to be combined into a single delivery and signature
