W3 Applications is pleased to announce the delivery of a bespoke integration portal for Movers Group (Norway), providing a secure, flexible platform that connects directly with MaxOptra and supports the management of orders, deliveries and customer communications.

The custom-built portal has been designed to give Movers Group, third-party delivery partners and end customers controlled access to order information, delivery status and supporting documentation through a single, easy-to-use system.

The portal provides a centralised middleware layer between Movers Group’s operations and MaxOptra, enabling automated two-way synchronisation of data and reducing the need for manual updates across systems.

Key features of the portal include:

• Secure user logins for administrators, delivery partners and end customers

• Inbox, processed orders and archive views, with configurable data fields and permissions

• Advanced order searching and filtering for administrators

• Day-by-day order views for delivery partners and customers

• Two-way synchronisation with MaxOptra for order and delivery status

• Track & trace functionality for all users

• Upload and management of PDF documents, with files stored locally or on external servers and URLs synchronised back to MaxOptra

In addition to the core functionality, the portal has been designed to support future expansion, with optional modules available to extend delivery management capabilities. These include support for driver photographs via ePOD, label printing, merging multiple drop IDs into a single order, secure email links for customers, online delivery management and live driver mapping.

The solution provides Movers Group with a scalable, future-proof platform that improves visibility, streamlines workflows and enhances the experience for both operational teams and customers.
