W3 Applications Delivers Bespoke ASN Automation for Garador via MaxOptra Webhooks

W3 Applications has successfully delivered a bespoke automation solution for Garador, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of garage doors, front doors and operators, operating from its ultra-modern production facility in Yeovil, Somerset.

The project involved the development of a custom integration script that is triggered directly by MaxOptra webhooks, enabling real-time processing of delivery events.

When a qualifying event occurs in MaxOptra, the bespoke script:

• Automatically retrieves order and delivery information

• Generates professionally formatted Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) as PDF documents

• Sends the ASNs as email attachments directly to customers

This automated process ensures customers receive timely, accurate shipping information ahead of delivery, improving communication and enhancing the overall customer experience.

By leveraging MaxOptra’s webhook capabilities, the solution operates in near real-time without the need for manual intervention, removing administrative overhead and reducing the risk of errors.

The new ASN automation forms part of Garador’s wider digital logistics strategy, helping streamline outbound communications while ensuring consistent, reliable delivery notifications.
