The Access Group has completed its acquisition of MaxOptra, a cloud-based route optimisation and delivery management platform, in a strategic move to enhance its ERP Specialised (Supply Chain & Logistics) offerings. MaxOptra’s platform, which serves more than 450 customers and optimises over 6,000 vehicles daily across sectors including food & beverage, construction, logistics and waste management, will be integrated into Access’ broader portfolio to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning warehouse management, route planning and business intelligence. MaxOptra’s managing director highlighted that joining Access will accelerate product development and strengthen customer value through enhanced solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
