A Bespoke Wellbeing & Coaching Platform Built by W3 Applications

Now’s the Time for Change (N.O.W.S) is a fully bespoke digital platform designed and built by W3 Applications to support the delivery and management of holistic wellbeing, therapeutic coaching and educational programmes.

Developed in close collaboration with the N.O.W.S team, the system provides a flexible, scalable foundation for delivering services to individuals, families, schools, organisations and community groups — both online and in person.

The Challenge

N.O.W.S required a platform that could support a diverse and growing range of wellbeing services, including 1-to-1 coaching, group programmes, workshops, educational initiatives and digital resources — all while remaining accessible, easy to manage and adaptable to future growth.

Off-the-shelf systems lacked the flexibility and integration needed to support their holistic, people-centred approach.

The Solution

W3 Applications designed and built a custom wellbeing and coaching management system, tailored specifically to the needs of N.O.W.S. The platform brings together content management, service delivery and user engagement into a single, easy-to-manage system.
